Now not only personal profiles, brand pages could use Timeline too, even with extra functions. The article explains a question which has been haunting me since the first time I saw Timeline: the goal of Timeline-- is to create identities. Individuals need identities, so do organizations. Then a new question come to my mind: will Renren (a Chinese website just like Facebook) apply the mode of Timeline someday?
