API without National Boundries

English websites in U.S. normally have API provided by Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Tumbler, Youtube, etc, just like some Chinese websites in China would have API of Renren, Weibo, Youku, Tudou, etc ---- although not so popular as in U.S.

I'm just wondering if one day we could have borderless API ---- with no national boundries! Thus I could share things interesting on U.S. websites directly through Chinese social networking websites like Weibo. After all, no boundries ---- is the essence of Internet, isn't it?
